Our wedding services packages assist clients with different aspects of planning their big day. We offer two wedding packages to fit your needs: a full planning package and a partial planning package. From pre-wedding consulting to day-of wedding coordination, our packages offer couples a hands-on role in their planning activities along with our professional assistance to guide them along the way. Pre-wedding Planning

Creating a wedding planning checklist
Three pre-wedding consultations
Supplying needed vendor recommendations, vendor contract reviews, and confirming vendor details prior to wedding
Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline
Negotiating & contracting needed hotel room blocks
Attendance at three final vendor meetings of the couple’s choice
Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal

Full Planning Package

Pre-wedding Planning

Everything included in Partial Planning Package
Assist with creating wedding budget, payment reminders and payment schedules
Monthly client meetings to discuss planning
Assist with design concept
Attend vendor appointments (ie. Tastings, venue scouting), serve as point of contact for all vendors
Out of town guest accommodations
RSVP tracking

Day-of Wedding Coordination

Up to 12 hours of coordination services on your wedding day
Manage vendors and décor setup at ceremony & reception sites, including distribution of vendor balances and tips
Manage wedding party, including distribution of all personal flowers to wedding party, family members & special guests
Facilitate aspect of the wedding ceremony
Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during reception
